Further to our press release (below) of 18 December which supported the call to suspend demolition works affecting the Serres d’Auteuil Botanical Gardens in Paris, we were delighted to learn that on the same day, the Paris Court of Grande Instance ruled in favour of the immediate cessation of the demolition works. The cessation is for a maximum of three months, pending a substantive judgment on an appeal filed by the heirs of Jean-Camille Formigé. More information is available here.
